Subject: BCC decission on club and ASV events - 17/08/2021
Dear clubs and ASVs,
Referring to the previous guidelines of 25 May, please find herewith the new Covid measures as decided by the BCC on 17 August regarding events organized by the BNPPF clubs & ASVs within BNPPF premises or remote locations (basically the restriction of "only seated events" expires)
All sporting competitions and trainings, cultural and other performances events (e.g. museum visits,
theatre performances, concerts, walking, guided excursions, etc…) are allowed as off September taken
into account :
- maximum participants in September : 200 indoor / 400 outdoor
maximum participants as of October : according to the government guidelines
- CERM/CIRM and authorization of the local authorities is needed when applicable
o CERM (Covid Event Risk Model – should be used/completed by the organizer of the event and will provide a view on the Covid-19 safety risks of the event to ensure the safety of the public)
o CIRM (Covid Infrastructure Risk Model – should be used by the owner of the infrastructure were the event takes place and will screen this infrastructure for Covid-19 safety risks in order to o Local authorities : contact the city/town counsel.
- Sector protocols and guidelines on basic hygiene, social distance and wearing of masks need to be respected
- When catering is offered the basic rule of keeping social distance of 1,5 m, as well as the horeca rules need to be applied However for events organized within the BNPPF premises any catering can be offered (no food, no drinks).
